About Us
From 2003 onwards, Kevin Lee has been building up a wealth of experience in the construction industry. He has previously worked for a large multi-disciplinary practice as a Senior Building Surveyor and for an award winning residential design-based practice, which specialised in extensions/alterations to listed buildings and buildings in conservation areas.
In November 2007, Kevin gained MRICS status within the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In June 2009, K Lee and Co Ltd was founded.
Many projects for both the public and private sector have been completed taking projects from design/ inception through to final completion and handover to the client.

Surveying Services
We provide a wide range of surveying services ranging from a Full Building Survey for purchasers of properties, right through to Defect Diagnosis Reports on specific building elements. We investigate the cause of defects and can provide 'Design Solutions' and professional advice to remedy problems.
Our range of surveying services also includes Condition Surveys (including the New RICS Condition Survey), Commercial EPC's and Party Wall Advice.
