Commercial Energy Performance Certificate

It is now compulsory to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) on the vast majority of commercial buildings for sale or rent.

An Energy Performance Certificate provides information about a property's overall efficiency and its output (CO2) into the environment.

K.Lee & Co have a thorough knowledge of buildings and environmental issues. In addition to carrying out an Energy Performance Certificate survey we can also help you manage any issues arising from the EPC survey including improving the energy efficiency of your building.

There is also a requirement for using a Display Energy Certificate (DEC) on some public buildings over 1000m2. DEC's provide information on the energy used within a building and also provides advice on how to reduce it.
